Deposit & Payment Policies *

Upon completion of this form one of our designers will be happy to send you a free, preliminary estimate based on the rough dimensions of your space to give you a general idea of the cost of your project. If you decide Thomas Built is a good fit for your project, and would like to proceed as a new client we do require a design deposit (10% of estimate, with 100% applied to production deposit) to begin the full design process. During the design process we will do a site visit to take field measurements, finalize layout, finishes, hardware, accessories, appliances, as well as produce 3D drawings of the space. Once the design process is complete you will receive a final quote, and your project will enter into the production phase - please note a production deposit (50% of final quote) is required for us to begin production with the remaining balance due upon delivery of your cabinets. 
 Once your production deposit has been made you will receive an estimated install date, which is typically 6-8 weeks from the date the production deposit is received (unless otherwise specified). Please note before installation of new cabinets, plumbing, electrical, and removal of existing cabinets should be complete. Any remaining balance must be paid upon installation of your cabinets.
